Venture fund for food-startups. Registered in 2020 in Cyprus, the first year voulme - 5 million euros. 50% of the fund is invested by Ivan Sidork himself, and another 50% is a pool of private investors. Affiliated with the fund, the Mabius Center, founded in 2014, is a business accelerator and online school for food startups, which helps bring new food products to the market.

Russia's first food business incubator, created by Ivan Sidorok in 2014. The goal of the centre is to help entrepreneurs start a business or scale an existing business. The Mabius team consists of the best food industry professionals on the market, from scientists and marketers to retailers. Dozens of food projects have passed through Mabius, including such well-known in the market as Babushka's Ferma beverages (sold in the largest federal chains, including Auchan and Perekrestok), cheese chips Chimple ("Azbuka Vkusa" and Metro), Sea Chips (on shelves in Vkusville), Octa and Granolife ("Lenta", X5, etc.). In 2020 Mabius launched a new acceleration program, and more than 80 projects applied for participation.

Food Extrusion Technology Center. After the test mode was opened in spring 2020 on the territory of Kristall plant in Moscow, it produces up to 20 tons of products per day. Fully digital production, remote quality control of products using artificial intelligence. Extrusion is now used to produce one third of the products that are on the supermarket shelves - snacks, chips, sauces, ready-made breakfasts, long shelf life beverages. The uniqueness of the FETC also lies in the fact that it allows to produce products in small batches - which is very convenient for small and medium businesses. Besides that it is a creative testing ground for Mabius residents, they are able practice technologies and recipes of their products, make trial batches for test-markets.
